This is my first time working with Property Managers. Carolyn kindly helped me with all my questions when I first contacted Niche. Carolyn showed patience for all my questions and provided guidance.

I was very impressed with Niche and their attention to details. On a number of occasions Carolyn drove past my property that was yet to be handed over and took photos of my properties progress for my perusal, living 3 hours away I appreciated this greatly.
